Neighbouring rights
Neighbouring rights, also known as related rights, are the rights of the performing artists, sound medium manufacturers, producers of Audiovisual works as well as the broadcasting companies as defined in the law on authors' rights. The term "neighbouring" is intended to express the close similarity to copyright.
