Pseudonym
The Federal Copyright Law grants authors the Right to determine the name under which their works will be first published. In other words, the Author may choose whether he/she wishes to have a Work published under his/her own name or a pseudonym. The Member may use his/her Pseudonym in the membership contract. A Pseudonym is also known as a cover name or stage name (because the true name is frequently unknown to the general public). For example Bob Dylan is the Pseudonym of Robert Allen Zimmermann (patronym).
